Ramotse My Home Foundation (RMHF) is running a campaign to collect school shoes for the disadvantaged children who might be going to school barefoot.

The campaign that runs from December 2015 to 29 February 2016 seeks to mobilise community members, business people and organisations to assist the less fortunate children in the community of Ramotse. “We ask members of the community to empathise with those children who will be going to school without shoes every day,” said Communication Officer for the NPO, Ms Amaleah Mbewe. Under privileged children from two local schools in Ramotse who will benefit from this campaign have already been identified by the teachers mainly from Lebelo and Ramotse Primary Schools. “With the understanding that a helping hand does more than an ignorant one, we urge all donors to lend a helping hand to make this project a success,” said Ms Mbewe. RMHF aims to collect 2000 school shoes through this campaign for the beneficiaries.
