Tshwane North College (TNC) Temba Campus in conjunction with Red Cross and ‘Modi O Matla’ organisations are hosting an awareness day starting from 14-16 February at Tshwane North College Temba Campus.
Chairperson of the Student Representation of the TNC Temba Campus, Mr Thabo Malete, said the aim of the campaign is to help students to know their health status.
Health screening that will be conducted include HIV/AIDS, TB and cervical cancer test (pap smear).
Students who undergo the screening will also stand a chance to win a Checkers voucher.
“We are not only concerned about students academics but also about their well being,“ said Mr Malete.
