Plmorose FC picked up fital 3 points yesterday which  will allow them to fight for  the  ABC Motsepe League. This is after Makapanstad Romans FC lost 1-0 to Pelmeros FC yesterday at Mandela Stadium

Pelmoros coach introduced Mthokozisi Yende, a Kaizer Chiefs former player after half time  who scored the only goal of the game.

Pelmeros came into the game back from a draw with Moretele Gunners while Makapanstad Romans lost a mid-week game.

Coach ‘Sharky’ Shadrack Mlambo Modube, SAFA C- licence coach,  said It was a must win game for Pelmeros as they were third in the log after Buyamsuthu FC that was second in the log.  “Buyamsuthu was playing in a Nedbank Cup game so basically it was a chance for Pelmeros to go to second place in the log with a win,” he said.

He  added that tactically, Pelmeros was too far ahead of Makapanstad Romans but Makapanstad Romans manage to keep the first half goalless. The final score was Pelmeros 1 and  Makapanstad Roman-0.

In another ABC Motsepe League game yesterday at  Temba Stadium, Moretele Gunners played 2-2 to Brits Pioneers.
