Popular guy, Sean Motlhatlhedi, died on Tuesday 11 July 2017 after he was allegedly shot at Maplankeng, a common hangout place in Temba. Seun allegedly died as a result of a gunshot he suffered early hours of Sunday morning 09 July 2017.
The perpetrator of the murder is still at large.
Captain Sarah Lesebana of Temba Police said the police still do not have all the information of what really transpired but the case was classified as attempted murder and has now been converted to murder.
Sources who were at Maplankeng Tarven when Sean was allegedly shot said he was allegedly busy on his phone and later went outside where he was allegedly mysteriously shot and was rushed to hospital where he stayed in a comma until his death.
Sean will be laid to rest on Saturday 15 July 2017. The service will be held at St Anglican Church in Temba (Hammanskraal), next to Temba Police Station from 08h00, and proceed to the graveyard at 10h00.
