Juicing up carrots alone can be tasteless, but adding orange changes the scenario

A happy new year to all our readers. It is that time of the year again where we are fired up and positive to make changes and resolution for the year. As we do that, how about we kick off the season with getting into shape after the festive season where we indulged into eating junk food, fats, sugar and acids.

It is not bad to have something sweet once in a while, we just need to have that in moderation and make sure we are not affecting any parts of our bodies when we indulge.

In trying to find balance of everything we do, it starts with keeping ourselves healthy and fit in order to achieve a healthy body at the end of the year.

One of the important things is to get into a routine of exercise every morning to activate those brain cells, for a positive start and to feel refreshed.

But most important to today’s topic, I have found that juicing up is an efficient way to get all your vitamins and minerals without having to take any supplements or eat food with preservatives and harmful products.

Fruits and vegetables are affordable and can be juiced up together. Juicing up carrots can be found to be tasteless, but mixing it with apples and adding orange can bring about that taste and natural sweetness we are looking for. including vitamin C.

This is one of the healthiest ways of having juice but also it can help with weight loss, calorie and carbohydrate control.

People living with diabetes including vegetarians opt for this method but anyone can also use this method because it decreases high blood pressure and any other lifestyle conditions.

As we get into the new year and we make those new year resolutions, let us not forget to include our health, keeping healthy is the way to go.
