NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 24 (1) OF THE MORETELE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW (2016)
The Moretele Local Municipality hereby gives notice that, at its statutory Council sitting on November 2016, as per Resolution number: MLM 304-10-2016, it approved and adopted the Moretele Local Municipality Land Use Scheme of 2016.
The Moretele Local Municipality Land Use Scheme will come into operation on the date of publication thereof in the Provincial Gazette.
