An intelligence driven operation led to the apprehension of a 41-year-old suspect and the recovery of a firearm and ammunition at Lebotlwane village in Bedwang on Thursday, 13 December 2018.
Members of the Brits Cluster Crime Intelligence in collaboration with the police in Bedwang acted on intelligence and proceeded to a residential place at Lebotlwane where a search was conducted and the said items were recovered. The suspect was charged for possession of unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
