Faaizah Glamour Zone is a beauty and self-care company that aims to give back and support cancer survivors. On 29 December 2021, they handed out basic needs packages to Jubilee Hospital, Ward 5.
The owner of Faaizah Glamour Zone Ms Faaizah Keamogetse said losing her aunt to breast cancer made her realize that not many people are aware or have much knowledge of what breast cancer is all about.
“I hope to help those diagnosed with cancer since they have to go for chemotherapy and radiation, build a support group for them and offer assistance where it is needed.”
She also said that she started with no funding but would like funding since she wants the event to be annual.
