A man and woman were arrested at Eersterus F4 in Temba North of Pretoria during a police operation in the area.
Sergeant Herman Moremi of Corporate Communication SAPS Temba said police received a tip-off about a certain house where it is alleged that they are dealing in dagga.
“On arrival at that house, they found a woman aged 51 and a managed 26 who denied the allegations. The police insisted on searching the house where they found that the dagga was hidden underneath the floor inside plastics.
“They were arrested on the spot and detained in police cells. They will appear in the Moretele magistrate court on Monday facing charges of possession of dagga,” he said.
