An appeal is extended to the community of Moretele to assist us find Mr Silas Gitimbi Mthetwa Mahlangu, aged 71 who has gone missing since last Monday, 25th of February.
He is mentally ill and was last seen in Lefatlheng, Mathibestad, in the morning of the 25th of February 2019.
