The businessman who is alleged to be involved in the mob justice in Mmotla has been arrested for his alleged role in the mob justice that left two men burnt beyond recognition and three critical in hospital.
Constable Herman Moremi of Temba Saps Corporate Communications said the man will appear in court tomorrow for murder and attempted murder.
More arrests are expected to take place from the community members who took part in the mob justice.
