The representatives of the Wildebeestkuil Claimant Community of Malema Village, North West Province, hereby inform the public that an application has been lodged with the Land Claims Court for the restoration of Portion 3 of the Farm Wildebeestkuil 173, under the jurisdiction of Moretele Local Municipality; Registration Division J.Q.; North West Province.
The applicants in this application consist of descendants of the original 95 families that occupied and paid for portions 3 and 4 of Farm Wildebeestkuil 173 JQ respectively, and whose claim is in terms of Section 2 of the Restoration of Land Rights Act 22 of 1994.
The applicants have produced a statement of claim for Portion 3 of Farm Wildebeestkuil 173 and have concluded that persons claiming in respect of Wildebeestkuil 173 have an interest in the claim.
