Mr Bongani Majola, the Media Liaison Director in the office of the President has been appointed Acting Presidential Spokesperson. Mr Majola will serve as acting spokesman until a permanent appointment is made.
He replaces Mr Harold Maloka who was acting in the position and will return to his post as deputy director general for communications at the Government Communication and Information System (GCIS) after a three-month secondment to the presidency.
