Temba Music producer and DJ, Mr Jackson (Java) Malema, of Dee Unit Production Studios in Temba, yesterday finalised his lobola rights to the family of his sweetheart, Make-up Artist, Ms Marta Hope Gololo also from Temba.
The two lovebirds met in 2013 when Hope was looking for a recording studio to record a track for the annual church Easter dance and music competition. A mutual friend who plays the keyboard at her church recommended Dee Unit Production Studios to Ms Gololo for assistance. This marked the meeting of Hope and DJ Java. Their relationship blossomed with the growth of their professional relationship. When DJ Java heard that Hope was a make-up artist, he started engaging her to make-up artists for music video shoots and for local fashion shows. “And as they say, the rest is history,” said Hope. The wedding celebrate is planned for December.
