The station Commander of Temba SAPS, Brigadier Johannes Tau, together with the station management and Community policing forum chairperson arranged a women’s day celebration for the women of Temba SAPS, Metro police and leaders from the community.
Brigadier Tau said this is to appreciate the women of the station and working partners from Metro police and Councilors as we celebrate women’s month.
“The women are so special and beautiful like flowers in the garden and whatever they touched, turns into gold. As the Management of the station, we would like to say we appreciate being part of you in our working environment and respect you, enjoy being mothers and sisters at work and at home, and we thank you in thousand words,” said Brigadier Tau.
The women were given chocolates, teacups and refreshment as tokens of appreciation from the management and CPF. Tshwane Metro police Senior superintendent Molekoa and Councilor Mabolawa encouraged women to respect themselves and their spouse and to raise their children in respective manner and lastly to support one another.
