Bela Bela to Polokwane, October 19-20
In an inspiring initiative, a local athlete and community advocate, Boikie Monareng, “Run Boikie Run”, is gearing up for a monumental 200-km wheelbarrow run from Bela Bela to Polokwane on October 19-20. The challenge kicks off with an ambitious first day, where he aims to cover an impressive 133km!
The purpose of this remarkable endeavor is to raise funds for school uniforms, ensuring that children in the community have the necessary resources for their education. This event is not just a run—it’s part of a larger goal: to cross South Africa with a wheelbarrow!
The challenge represents a unique opportunity to rally together as a community and support local children in need. “I need YOUR support! Let’s come together and make this happen!” Mr Monareng said.
Businesses and individuals are encouraged to join the movement. Those interested in sponsoring or supporting this worthy cause can reach out via phone or WhatsApp at 076 181 2592. Your support can make a significant difference!
