Heavy rains in Hammanskraal caused flooding at Jubilee Mall and left shoppers stranded to get to their cars. A number of cars had to be towed and shops had to close down due to electrical failure caused by the floods. Residents blamed the flooding at the mall on poor workmanship on the storm water and drainage.
