The Kwalata Community Development Initiative donated soccer boots and poles to the Waya Waya local football teams in Kekana Garden block J yesterday.
The donation was made by Chall Pretorius, who is the Kwalata manager.
Mr Robert Langa (29), coach of Waya Waya said “I am glad that we got the poles as we have been practicing without poles.
“Now we are able to have sessions with our goal keepers and we can see progress because they are motivated.
“It is very good that there are still people who encourage youth to play soccer and we wish them many blessings for what they have done,” said Mr Langa.
