Big Save lucky winner presented with R2 000 grocery packs

Big Save supermarket rewarded Trudy Ramalatsi and her family with R2 000 worth of grocery after she entered a Facebook Moagisani competition that the store is currently running as a way of giving back to the community.

Ms Trudy Ramalatsi who is 19 years of age says she entered the Big Save Supermarket Moagisani competition after she heard it being advertised on radio.

“I heard about the Moagisani competition by Big Save Supermarket early March this year and I then decided to take a chances. I only had to like and follow the store Facebook page and request my other friends on Facebook to do the same, that is how I won this grocery,” she said.

Ms Ramalatsi further took the opportunity to thank the Big Save Supermarket management for not forgetting their supporters who buy at their store by running such programmes to give back to the community.

“I have no words to explain how I feel at the moment as this groceries came at our desperate times in my family as I am the only bread winner. This will help me to save money so that I can be able to do other important things in my life.” Said Ms Ramalatsi.

Big Save Supermarket Store Marketing manager, Ms Natalie Van Blerk, congratulated Ms Ramalatsi for being the lucky winner out of hundreds of people who had entered the competition. She further told Moterele Times that the store saw a need to give back to the community by running the Moagisani competition which means being neighborly, whereby every month a lucky winner will be presented with R2 000-worth grocery packs.

“We are overwhelmed to be here today and present the lucky winner with a grocery pack that will ease their financial burden. This competition will run for as long as the store is in this area and we are also running it in our other seven stores in the country.
