A dead decomposed body of a 32 year old woman was found today 30 October 2017 by a member of the community next to Temba Dam in Hammanskraal, Temba.
Temba Police spokesperson, Constable Herman Moremi, said the body of the woman was found tied on the legs and a handbag was found next to the deceased body.
“We also found all her details written on a notepad that was found inside the handbag and it is believed that she is from Limpopo, Modimolle,” he said.
The name of the woman will be released once her family has been informed.
A case of murder has been opened for investigation and members of the police are appealing to the community with information to contact Temba SAPS on 012 717 9000.
