Give a vegetarian dish a try

Butternut and chickpea curry on a bed of basmati rice with a healthy side of tomato, cucumber salsa and a nice serving of plain white yogurt to cool off the heat from the curry, is one my favorite vegetarian meals.

We all have different bodies, which require that we eat different food. In whatever option of nutrition we choose, we have to make sure that we follow the correct diet required by our body.

Vegetarians do not see the need to include meat in their food and studies has shown that there are benefits to that practice. Some people do it as a part of following a lifestyle while others do it for health purposes.

The benefit of following a vegetarian nutrition is that you eat the most natural forms of food, which are like medicine or let me say soldiers in the body to fight any kind of infections that may weaken the immune system.

Most of the vegetarian meals are filling, healthy and will make you feel alive and you will not crave meat after eating them.

Some stores such as Woolworths, caters for vegetarian meals on their menu, which also include meals for health conscious people and as part of promoting healthy living.

I cannot stress this statement more but healthy living is the way to go, the quicker we realise that the longer we will live and avoid destroying our bodies. One of the ways of doing this is to give a vegetarian dish a try.
