The Tshwane District, Temba South African Police Services branch joined forces with Sassa crew to host a Farewell breakfast for colleagues who were signing off from the blue uniform. The celebration took place at Spur at Jubilee Mall in Hammanskraal.
Names of those who were signing off are Lt Col Moche, Captain Sarah Lesabane, Captain Maloka and W/O Teledimo.
Captain Lesabana, who worked at Temba stations from 1992 up until 2020 said “I worked at Temba Police station for 28 years starting from 1992 up until 2020. I had the most amazing colleagues and the most memorable experiences.
Captain Lesabana worked in finance, victim empowerment coordination, and community police forum was her last post.
Brigadier Martha Mokobori, the Station Commander of Temba SAPS wished the colleagues a farewell and said Temba will never be the same without them.
“The impact you have made will be felt for some time to come and we thank God for making our roads to cross, we hope you will enjoy your well earned golden years,” she said.
Col Zwane, Col Mogotsi, and the rest of the officers wished them well in their new endeavors and thanked God for keeping them until their last day at work.
