An aspiring artist, Mss Ziphora Msiza (30) from Hammanskraal, has just released her new single “You are the one” taking the music industry by storm.
The former Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) student obtained her logistics degree from the institution and is a composer, author, performer, and recording artist.
She was born and raised in a Christian family and started her career singing in a church choir and started pursuing her music career full time in 2019.
“Music chose me, I have been singing my whole life, and the calling was too strong for me to ignore.
“Through my new single I hope listeners will be able to celebrate love and relate to the songs and lyrics so that they can be able to express themselves to their partner,” she said.
She has an upcoming performance on 28 November 2020 at the Annual Woman Seminar and has performed at Black Labone’s Foundation Annual Woman’s Seminar and the State Theater.
She wishes to have a collaboration with Nomvula Xavula, Stogie T, Alicia keys, Culoe De Soong, and Thandiswa Mazwai.
Mss Msiza is currently recording her next single where she is collaborating with few local artists.
Her music is jazz fusion, mixing jazz with other genres and musical styles.
